My practice
I run a private practice both online and in person from Horndean, Hampshire, and I work for I’m All Ears counseling service in Surrey. I am a member of the British Association for Counselors and Psychotherapists and bound by their ethical framework for good practice in counseling and psychotherapy.
How I work
Everyone experiences challenges and sometimes we need additional support to navigate and overcome them. As a trained psychotherapist, I offer a professional and skilled approach to addressing these challenges through a process of self-exploration and discovery within the therapeutic relationship. My goal is to help you explore and understand your thoughts, feelings, and behaviors in order to promote healing and growth.
