Feeling Overwhelmed and Stressed?

In our current times, with so much to do and seemingly little time to do it in, stress and overwhelm can pop up in big ways.  Stress and Overwhlem happen when we either aren’t sure what to do or how to do it, or don’t believe whe have enough time inwhich to accomplish what we want.    Taking on too much or believing that we don’t have choices, will set us up for a stress response.  Doing this repeatedly, will create an habitual pattern that sends us into fight or flight or shutdown. 

Taking a different aproach when we respond will help us to pattern in a new response.   First, Stop and Breathe.  Moving faster here increases the overwhelm.  Next, Prioritize based on what is really true vs. what your mind is telling you is true.  Oh, and did I say Breathe.    More on this topic to come…..

Welcome to The Journey to Wholeness Life Coaching Blog! 

It is wonderful to be here and to have the opportunity to begin our journey together.

To start, I’d like to ask you a couple of questions: 

Are you living the life that you want?  Are you living the life you always thought you would? Are you fulfilled in your family, relationships, your work/vocation, and yourself.  How you are being in your life, or in other words, is life turning out like you long for or dreamed it could and are your enjoying it?

If not, what’s in the way?  What is it that is holding you back or derailing your dreams?

 What would it take for you to start living the life your want?

How committed are you living that life and when?
